The financing of the activities under the National Program is carried out with funds provided by the Central Budget, which are provided to accredited under Art. 85, para. 1, item 7 of the Higher Education Act (HEA) state higher schools (HEIs) and scientific organizations (NA) under Art. 47, para 1 of the Higher Education Act through the budget of the Ministry of Education and Science (MES).
